We repainted the exterior of our house, which is an old bungalow tyle two-story home built in the 1920s. The company presurre washed the house, scraped off old peeling paing and then repainted all the wood siding, trim, and foundation.
The entire project went very smoothly and we were highly impressed with the quality of the work. Garold provided us with a very reasonable estimate adn we received a contract in the mail shortly after choosing this company. They were able to start the project within 2 weeks. All the workers were very miticulous, hard working, friendly, and professional. You could tell that all the team-members took pride in their work. They protected/worked around all the plants with extreme care. They even put a plastic covering over our neighbor's car prior to spraying the paint! Always detail oriented, they cleaned up the site every day prior to leaving. We never asked them to paint our small detached garage (which is essentially nonfunctional and has vines growing all around it). Coming back from work one day, I found that they had torn down ALL the vines AND repainted the garage. Garold came by to check progress regularly, making sure things were going well. our house has a lot of trim work and original windows -- their attention to detail was impressive. They finished the project within 5 days.
